Surgery


Just FYI:

Dylan is scheduled to go in for another surgery this Wednesday, Jan. 19th. It has nothing to do with his heart. This procedure will be done by a urologist. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed, and the doctor wanted to wait until Dylan was one year old to deal with it. This surgery is not nearly as risky, but it is still a full-blown surgery, complete with general anesthesia and 2 1/2 hours in the operating room. Hopefully we will be able to bring Dylan home with us the same day - it is usually an out-patient procedure. But if there is any question about how his little heart is taking the stress of surgery, he will be admitted overnight.
