Test Results

Just a quick update on lab results. After two rounds of testing, there are a lot of results that have come back in. But basically the end result is that we don't know much more than we did when we started. This is unfortunately how endocrinology goes most of the time. They test, and then they test again after a few months, and repeat the process. They want to have the benefit of a long term perspective. So the good news is that there weren't any huge scary things that jumped out. And for now I am putting this issue back on the shelf where it belongs. We will go in again in a couple of months and do the lab testing process again. This sure isn't a fun thing for little Dylan to go through, and I hope that soon we will be able to determine if this is a road worth traveling.

Dylan is getting faster at crawling and is getting into things! He is also expressing interest in wanting to pull himself up on things to a standing position. He is not strong enough to do this on his own yet, but his desire and lots of practice is what is going to help him learn how to do it. This little cutie is unstoppable!

  1. He will have it down in no time. It's frustrating when you just want an answer, but maybe in time. Or, maybe there is no answer and he will just develop 6 months later than he is supposed to according to the "books". This little guy is going to be stronger than the rest of us.
